These terms apply to use of this website and general enquiries submitted to Incubipoga Workspace Studio. Paid workspace design work requires a separate written proposal or agreement.

Website information

Prices and timings on this website are indicative and depend on workspace size, project complexity, procurement scope, site access, landlord requirements and decision speed.

Consultations

Consultations provide professional observations and recommendations. They do not include full workspace design deliverables unless stated in writing.

Intellectual property

Design concepts, schedules, written recommendations and layouts remain the intellectual property of the studio unless otherwise agreed. Client usage rights apply to the agreed project site and scope.

Supplier and contractor responsibility

Suppliers, manufacturers and contractors remain responsible for their own products, warranties, installation work and delivery obligations.
